Fracture sim -
The main concept that crack lines gradually grow on the glass didn't allow me prefracture setup.
So, I solved it using custom otl that has a rule as soon as the crack lines make a perimeter lines of a piece which start falling to the ground.

Curve stream animation-
The curve that grows on the surface is predefined using custom otl that user can makes a curve easily and procedurally on a deforming surface. And then a custom attribute value in each of points on the curve is gradually increased using a sopsolver in dop simulation.
