    His tapping the desk at the end really made it.
    At times his mental German to English translation is confusing, but knowing German certainly helps you understand the ideas he's conveying. Watch it twice.
    Wonderful stuff, and an inspiring video, as always. Bought the book. Can't wait to pour over it.
