In front of San Diego's Hall of Justice at 9:00 AM Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez and County Supervisor Greg Cox are speaking out against the release of convicted sexually violent predator Douglas Badger. Badger's record of sexual assaults goes back to 1974, and he's been in and out of prison almost his entire adult life. Back in August a court found that he could be released with treatment and supervision. Another hearing is set for November 15th to try and figure out where to house him.
