The painting i was given was "At The Moulin Rouge" by Henry de Toulouse Lautrec. Lautrec's parents were related, leaving him with growth and stature problems. As he got older he turned to alcoholism to drown his sorrows, drinking cocktails of absinthe, gin, etc. I focused on this part of his life because it took his life at the age of 36 and so had a large part to play until then. The first piece of music is by Georges Bizet, a composer from the same era as lautrec, late 19th century. The second piece is by Quincy Jones.
