I am William from sixteen:nine international film festival .Sixteen:nine International Film Festival is a student's film festival organised by the students of Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management, Mumbai and will take place on the 15th and 16th of January 2009. We are in our third year and we have already had entries from as many as 30 countries from across the globe. Our motto is to promote young talent and give them the international exposure they deserve. Because of this very purpose we are taking no registration fee from the participants and we also encourage them to send in as many entries as they want.
