This is the main reason why I came to Taiwan and it's def one of my fav dishes. I was recommended to go to this restaurant, which won top prize in one of those Beef Noodle Soup contests they hold annually. Yeah, instead of BBQ cookoffs, they have Beef Noodle Soup cookoffs.
