Sitar player Jonathan Mayer, guitarist Justin Quinn and tabla player Neil Craig come together to perform a programme of original music that investigates new directions in playing and composition.

The programme reveals their main infuences of Indian classical and jazz and a desire to write music for the instruments rather than composing in a given style.

The trio's musical diversities delve deeper than the obvious instrumentation; Neil and Jonathan are not only accomplished classical Indian musicians, but have also studied western classical music; Justin includes jazz, classical folk and pop in his work.
