This poetic positive businesswoman is a people's person. Having visited Toukley as a child and having raised her children on the central coast she moved away several times for many years only to return to the place that holds her heart. Presently she stopped concentrating on her work instead paying full attention to all living beings around, the landscape and the seasons.

Four speakers quietly relate a local resident's version and experience of Toukley. Her topics are wide and varied, including; nature, weather, resident pelicans, smells, sounds, colours and people; from the past, present and future. Worth of Mouth

Inspired by the stories of the region, artists Duke Albada and Michelle Blakeney present 7 artworks exploring the identity and spirit of the Central Coast.

The project started with the two artists and a caravan travelling to 7 locations; requesting members of the public to step aboard and candidly share their story. Each location was revisited for two days and one night collecting audio and video material that were later translated in contemporary artworks.

This program is funded by Arts NSW in a partnership with Regional Development
Australia Central Coast, Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council to increase professional arts activity on the Central Coast.
