Made this spot for the Career Builder dot come contest (summer 2009). I tried several different glues to adhere the porcupine quills to my face until finally resorting to super glue. After trying just one quill, I found that the glue (although it stung a little), held the quill in place well for over a half an hour and left no scar.

I wouldn't suggest super glue to everyone. Just letting you know how I executed the effect.

Nice work here. I use commercial instant glue all the time. It is amazing how it sticks best to skin. I was told by a sales rep that it was invented for the medical industry (used in C sections)..
