I have not yet seen a more cogent explanation of the criminal fraudulence and conspiracy (for that is precisely what their crimes encompass) of the CRU correspondents and the political figures allied with them. While Lord Monckton is content with Prof. Jones getting "a very large fine," I have as my own personal object the confinement of Dr. Mann, Dr. Trenberth, et alia (most emphatically including Mr. Gore) to the federal prison system for the rest of their natural lives.

NOAA's data are highly suspect, due to lack of consistancy in following NOAA's own procedures on temperature station siting requirements.

One would think that locating temperature stations on asphalt, above burn barrels, near AC vents and in the proximity of jet blast would impact some of the temperature readings, no?

A basic tenent of the scientific method is to ensure your measurement devices are not biased. NASA's jim hansen has failed in that respect; thus putting doubt into Hanson's AGW motives, as well as putting a giant question mark on NASA's reputation.

Hmm... I'm not convinced. The data seems to conflict a lot of other data in support of global climate change. If there's even a small possibility of catastrophic consequences, wouldn't it be better to be safe than sorry?
