You can calculate Gross Floor Area, setbacks and other criteria by dynamically changing lot area (width and depth), neighbour setbacks and other relevant criteria from the plannign code. Can be applied to any set of planning rules - but here prototyped for the Small Lot Code in Brisbane, Australia (Brisbane City Council).
