Our feet carry our weight wherever we go, our hands help us do just about everything physical. So it stands to reason these parts of our body hold a lot of our stress and tension.
This quick exercise helps relieve the stress and tension that builds up throughout the day.
The exercise is also very good first thing in the morning to bring a bit of energy into your body.
