This video was shot using my 7 year old Sony TRV20E camcorder last winter (2008). I did the primary editing and colour correction in FCP, then used Motion to colour correct again and add the subs. Finally got the whole thing back to FCP to mix the sound and export the job.

Only after finishing this mini project I realised that I really need a new camera :)

    The big girl was assuring herself by saying "so friendly!" when in fact she was afraid of them :)

    It was the first encounter for the little one, so she didn't know what to say :)

    It's just the vignette filter in Apple Motion. You have the option to darken the edges or blur them or both. In this case I both darkened the edges and blurred them then faded the effect a little.
