This is some footage of our chest workout taken on 7th December 2009. It includes the most of our exercises that make up the workout but NOT all sets as it was too difficult to film when we were doing super-sets, drop-sets etc

This is a typical chest workout for us; 3 pressing movements followed by 2 fly movements. However we generally change the order of the exercises quite frequently and through in some extended sets.

When this was taken Mike and I both have ongoing shoulder injuries but we are starting to recover now. This is the first time we did incline dumbbell press for months as a result of our injuries.
