I maintain real estate sites for several agents at the same area. First, they share property listings so all listings are the same on all sites. Second, since they cover the same area, the descriptive pages about the area are going to be similar, since there is only so much you can say about the area. While there are pages that differentiate them, based on the agent, for the most part, since listings are identical and the area descriptions are similar, how do you get good rankings for all of your agents, while preventing duplication that may look like thievery, but is actually desired content?
