2k run, 10k bike, 3k run, assault course, 10k bike, 3k run, assault course where you get accosted by men in gorilla suits.. Never mind the mud and that half of it was on a flood plain. The VoTwo Dirty Double Race is not for people who don't like people in costumes. I do not like people in costumes so its a damn fine job I was stood on the sideline wrapped in a nice warm coat shouting out helpful advice like "GO ON YOU BIGGUN"
