This week's WotW is the MOUNTAIN CLIMBER CROSS...this cardiovascular exercise will also work all your major muscle groups!

Step 1. Begin in full push-up position with hands directly under shoulders and toes on the floor.

Step 2. Contract your abs and bring one knee into the chest and towards the opposite elbow-it's fine if they don't touch, but focus on bringing the leg across the torso.

Step 3. Extend the leg back to the start position and repeat with the other leg, going as quickly as you can while staying in that push up position.
