Elemental Gym athlete Shelli Johnson, of Lander, WY, has lost 26 pounds and 13.5 percent body fat in the last eight-and-a-half months. She did this by hiring a personal trainer, exercising at high intensity several times a week, and drastically improving -- and changing -- her diet.
