Do something everyday that scares you. How can you incorporate this into your daily life? Starting off in the morning, see if while you're setting your tone for the day, you can remember to try to do something that maybe you would usually fly away from, and see if you can in a sense, fight for. Fight or Flight. Go for it, try something that scares you and teach yourself that you are strong!
