Follow along side an LDF class. Today's video is 4 - 8 minute AMRAP's, 1st- Burpees, 2nd Weighted Squats, 3rd Push ups and 4th Sit ups. If you have someone that is willing to do this at home then it's partner 1 workout while partner 2 rests and vice versa. If you want to do this on your own then it's 4 minutes and rest as needed with a 2 minute break. OR you can follow along with an LDF'er and when she works out you do the work as well and when she's resting then you are too.
The audio quality isn't the best, but you get a peak at what a class is and you get to see all the different athletes LDF has to offer. Most of these clients will make appearances in the at home videos.
