Nice footage. I really like the wide screen! I'm thinking of buying a Nalcom because of the lens changing ability. Is the wide screen the result of cropping in post production or the lens? I'm curious to know.

Thanks Robert for your kind comments. A few of us, Nalcom owners have the interchangeable "adapter". With the adapter mounted, you can replace the regular Shiknor lens with any 35mm lens. With this test footage i mounted an old anamorphic bracket which came with the camera. The best place to source for the Nalcom FTL1000 are the Japanese sites - Amazon, Ebay and around the secondhand electronic stores in Tokyo. You can even use regular EOS lenses with the automatic function turned off. I shoot a lot of the footage with short range Canon FD lenses mounted also on an FD to EOS ring. You can find them on ebay for next to nothing. You can see some of the final footage in my film Multi Colours. See vimeo.com/17801866
Thanks and keep filming on FILM.
