1. Calgary Road Runners Silver Springs XC Race 2009

Dec. 12th 2009. Temperature -24 Celsius. Over 80 runners. The course was similar to the last 2 years. Very short West Loop (probably about 2km) with East Loop around 4.5km.
Footing was loose but no ice. Relentless.

Bob Banks 2 years agoInteresting, not only does a camera add 10 lbs, it adds 1min/mile to pace and flattens all hills! Or maybe you're just making it look easy...thanks for recording/posting Trev!
