Noble Capital, the premier private lending network in Texas, has recently announced some of its successfully funded investments in the Central Texas real estate market. These types of transactions have lead to Noble Capital having record breaking financial months recently.

Noble Capital has funded several luxury homes in recent months, including a $900,000 Tarrytown project by Watermark, designed by Dick Clark and Associates.

"We are really excited to partner with Watermark as the lending partner on this deal. The concepts provided by Dick Clark and Associates really set this project apart. We will continue to be in this market as a funding partner for the foreseeable future." Chris Marroquin, Loan Officer for Streamline Funding, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Capital.

Unlike other private money lending companies, Noble Capital is more likely to consider land acquisition and construction financing in the major metro areas of Texas.

"We have seen consistent pressure on housing inventory, and as a result we are lending on more new construction deals than in the past. Our aggressive asset lending category is balanced by our underwriting requirements for experienced borrowers," says Noble Capital Chief Operating Officer Chris Ragland.
