Sewn Leather - live in Oakland, CA 11/7/2009

Here is Sewn Leather's set on 11/6/2009 in Oakland, CA. Thanks to the members of the audience that begrudgingly allowed me to film, despite their hatred of being on camera. Also, thanks to Griffin (Sewn Leather) for the music he makes.

After this show, I was in a bit of a predicament. I had zero cash and had missed the last BART back into the city. While lugging my camera down MLK trying to find a Bank of America or a Walreens for cab fare or some way to get back home, I noticed someone rounding the corner a half-a-block ahead of me. He wore a big, windbreaker, and looked around himself constantly reassuring that we were the only two people on this poorly lit stretch of sidewalk. When he got couple of feet from me, he jabbed his hand into his deep windbreaker pocket, looked at my terrified face, and then starting laughing hysterically. He yelled "Haha! I ain't gonna mess witchou! I'm just playin'!"

And that was the worst joke that has ever been played on me. Enjoy the video!
