Yea, but it was also a Sunday (for some official World Cup reason), and usually stores are not allowed to open on Sundays all over Germany. People should use exceptions like this one the way they are, so that maybe the government understands...

I'm pretty sure it's 5% here in Indiana. It may have actually risen to 6%, I'm not sure. I think I'd kill myself if it was like 20!
