Drive Around The World was a game based on the philosophy that any given person is connected to the rest of the world’s population by only six degrees of separation. This social experiment encouraged people to get in touch with Facebook contacts to virtually drive around the world in 80 days.

Participants drove the C30 DRIVe for 1.333 KM – the distance the car can cover on one tank of fuel – before passing it on to a Facebook friend. For the launch of the game we were asked to create a trailer. During the trip the car passes several landmarks in a hand sketch animation style. Live-action footage is integrated to highlight the car.
