Slowmotion to show how tires work at low pressure.
Front 50-622 Schwalbe Marathon Winter at 1,2bar
Rear 37/38-622 Biltema studded winter tire at 2,0bar
Interesting points are that Marathon leaves same width track to snow than Biltema, despite such low pressure.
Also at 1,2bar Marathon's two center column of studs is contacting ice, however at cornering and uneven surface at 1,2bar other two stud columns can now actually work.
Ruts, rails etc, are now much easier to cope with.
Minimum pressure for Marathon is 2,5bar so I really need to under inflate them a lot to get them usable. Narrower Marathon Winter has minimum pressure of 2,0 bar, I would imagine that bigger tire should have lower minimum pressure requirement, but it is higher.
At the end there is some animal testing, cat stays upright, so there was better grip than earlier days when even cat could not stay upright.
