She’s a veritable mother hen who joyfully tends both her family brood and her poultry and game stand. Proudly proffering fresh-never-frozen, mostly grass-fed and free-range organic chicken, bison, turkey, pheasant, rabbit, venison and more from small local farms.

Humor and good cheer. How else could she have been a vegetarian-turned-poultry-purveyor who opened Thanksgiving week 1995 and happily survived?

Her inspiration?
Her adorable children, husband, Jerry, and anything reminiscent of her childhood.

Contemplating adding catering to her menu. And chasing children. Always.

Where can you find her?
At the north end in the double-wide stall directly across from The Fish Guys and next to Firdous Express. Offering free-range poultry, wild game, organic bison, sausages, soups and prepared foods daily.
