Bemban weaving is one of the cultured skill practiced by Dayak Iban woman's. This skills traditionally used in creating mats, each woven sheets is composed with primary design that encompasses by a design around the fringers. For an Iban community, this work of art is a canvas where unique motif is drawn reflecting the beauty of the earth and the spirit world beneath. With a natural candle illuminating each bemban stem, a painting shines forth that forms the pride of a culture passed on from generation to generation.
