2 years ago Vimeo requires 1280x720 exporting resolution, otherwise videos come out 4:3 here. Also, for 1:40 minutes of footage, if you use h.264 at 5mbps bitrate, you wouldn't have to upload more than 70 MBs of file. Check the Tech forum here on vimeo for tutorials using Apple's solutions.
