This video showcases our physical computing prototype that alerts a worker when to go and take a break after 50 minutes. Once on break, the worker is reminded to go back to work in 10 minutes.

The mobile prototype uses timer to gauge the working and break interval with a stationary cradle that sends an electrical signal to the device to let the mobile device know when it has returned to homebase.
