Natto is a Japanese food. It's fermented soybean. It's viscous and smelly and it's an acquired taste. Here is a short video of my friend Abo trying it for the first time at a We Be Sushi in San Francisco. Shot by Jamie on her point-and-shoot camera, with edits and titles by moi.
