First day using my Canon EOS 7d. Just caught some rain washing away the snow from my bathroom window and a lot of rack focusing.
Lens - 18-135mm Canon EF-S (3.5-5.6)
30 fps, f/5.6, superflat picture style
Handheld with the image stabalization on. A little hard to rack focus and keep the camera stable, but at least at 30 fps it isn't too bad I think.
