Enjoyed the outdoors around my house during magic hour with my 7d.

Handheld + my shoddy compression job make it look really choppy.

Lens: Canon EF-S 18-135mm (3.5-5.6)

Superflat, ISO 250, f/5.6 (which is all the way open at the telephoto end of the zoom), handheld, no post work except for editing together.

That's a really good look there Joshua. When you say superflat, do you mean with the contrast and saturation turned right down?

There's a few good tutorials on here of how to get a small file size without losing any quality. Some people do it really well, when others have massive .mov files and still the compression isn't very good.

    Nice film.

In response to your question, the short answer is yes. The longer answer is that I'm referring to the Superflat Custom Picture Style. Here's the tutorial where I first learned about it: vimeo.com/7256322

    And thanks for the tip.
