This was the first time either Ross or I had seen the Eiffel Tower. There was a thunderstorm that night as well, and we must have spent a good hour just taking photos and video of the tower with all of the lightning behind it. It was beautiful. Eventually we started walking around the roads that surround the tower, and about 45 minutes later, we saw the lightning strike the very top of the Eiffel Tower. It was incredible!
