Amanita Muscaria - 3 day outdoor timelapse
3 years ago
Shot in Vancouver with a PD150 connected to laptop via 25 foot firewire. I used an Ultra Wide Century Optics Lens (notice how I had to pull back cam 3 times, mushy got so big!)
Recorded in 2004 and was saved onto a DVCAM tape that I can no longer find!
This is my most popular video at YouTube

Hope to do more mushroom timelapse soon. Really want to use a moving rig.

That mushroom looks poisonous. It it naturally or artificially spawned?
It's an Amanita Muscaria (updated the title).

It grew all by itself in my friends back yard.
I've since been told that in the wild they grow in rings. I hope to be at the right place at the right time someday!
