The presentation will review the current state of therapies for treatment of advanced heart failure including mechanical circulatory support and stem cell therapies. Future developments of the therapies will be discussed with important emphasis on the feasibility and likely efficacy of each of the therapies. Limitations and issues to overcome with each of the therapies will be reviewed as well.
