Why didn't you guys use a steadicam?
  • Why a steadicam?

It's cool if you want something fluid, I wanted that raw hand held mouvement, giving it a more ''in the moment/action'' feeling.

I completely agree with you buddy! Too many people these days are putting emphasis in the steadicam. I feel the fluid movement captures so much more reality of the moment!

By the way, I've become a fan of your stuff. Your shooting style seems very similar to what we're doing.

If you ever get the chance, check out the trailer for our new upcoming film I'M STILL HERE and let me know what you think, and good luck! (vimeo.com/1949595)
  • Well, I don't really prefer any technique, I think you need to listen to what the story asks and in which way you think is the best to tell it. The important thing here is not to forget that you're telling a story to someone.

Thanks Harry for the comment! I really appreciate! Take care!
