This weekend we took a walk to Roosevelt Park. Here are a few test scenes with my M2.

Image flip was done in Vegas and Looks in AE.It took me a while to figure out (S) in Vegas.Sometimes is good to do a random keyboard test...you never know what`s on the other side:))

    That was really nice.
I have just started window shopping for a converter for
my HD100, but don't know much about them yet.
So far I see Redrock, Letus, and PS Technik, but I'm not
sure which way go go yet.

    Hey Michael,
I use an HD-110 with the Redrock M2, so perhaps I could help you with some info about it. It's solidly built, and image is beautiful (I'll be uploading a short film in the next couple weeks), but there are a couple drawbacks in my mind. First and foremost, it doesn't flip the image without the help of an extra accessory (currently priced at just under $400), and I know there's no image flip on the JVC. I plan to continue using my rig with the help of an exterior monitor. Also there's quite a bit of light loss.

I love my m2, but my next adapter will probably be a Letus.

So I saw "Rain Drops" and loved it, but I like this one even better. Fantastic DOF, and the tones of the images are really nice.

It took me less than 5min,and works like a charm.

    Cheers

I love the shot with the camera on the road surface, very cinematic, that. Also shows that reasonable DOF can be had without an adapter using the camera's own lens.

You had a small problem with the letterbox mask, or did you mean to have a solid black line on the righthand edge of the frame?

In the opening of the film (the very beginning) can you tell me what font that is you're using please ? The text that is in the upper right corner and lower left corner at the same time.

    Thanks.

    I believe that was Futura

Great work once again. Along with the DoF, color balance stood out here with the soundtrack to lend an uneasy, expectant feel to the footage. Got the feeling something weird was about to happen. Fellow M2 user (HV30).
