This City is a Body is The Migrant Project Documentary.
Between 2005 & 2007, The Migrant Project brought together 40 Sydneysiders with cultural and artistic ancestries from across the planet to reclaim Sydney as a city built on a history of migration.
Their stories are presented here in theatre, text, movement, music, interviews and anecdotes.
The film has six parts. This is the second: Survival.

Mark Hagan 2 years agothere are some pretty interesting themes here that apply to a multitude of cultures. The idea of assimilation both being a survival tactic and a destructive force is a great microcasm of evolution.
