In our third year of working with Ciena on their annual GFO Kickoff, we have become very familiar with their brand and their executive team, which has given us the insight into what it takes to deliver a successful event. With 850 attendees, our challenge was how we could raise the production level of the event to match the growth and development of Ciena as a company. It's not the idea that "bigger is always better", but creating more involved and interesting stages and productions. We went from a 240' wide screen last year, to a 160' x 22' geometric set with custom mapping this year. Utilizing our Liquid Scenic technology with ultra-wide PowerPoint presentations, we also expanded our content portion by creating more full-canvas content, including comedic speaker introductions.
