Alongside London Olympics 2012, there is also going to be a cultural programme, which aims to inspire young people to create a lasting legacy.
The programme promises to bring the arts closer to ordinary people and involves every corner of the UK. With hip-hop workshops, street carnivals and worldwide festivals the programme will cost at least £40m.
