RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - In the Rocinha favela in Rio de Janeiro, being a postman is like being a detective. Seventy percent of the slum is not yet recognized by the national postal service being that most of the streets don´t have names. The mail therefore only gets delivered to some of those houses thanks to a parallel mail system created by its residents.
