Coming to WNET Channel 13 on April 19th at 1.30pm, this 30-minute documentary film captures the urban-planning battle currently being waged along the waterfront of New York City. Through interviews with city officials, political representatives, community activists, and local residents, "City of Water" explores our waterfront's industrial past, its largely neglected present and the changes in store for its future.
