A day reserved for 150 employees and one topic: “Thinking outside the box”. A stage looking like an actual box becoming the central element – for inspiring, stimulating lectures and as a room partition generating two auditoriums. Boxes also served as seating opportunities, toolboxes provided interactive programming points, and juggling was part of the program as a metaphor for complexity, movement, and change. Generating guidelines for future behaviour using three dimensional letters. Out of the box thinking, done emotionally and interactively to provide effective and enduring learning for the employees.
