This is a playtest of No Talking. No Talking was an mScape put together by Duncan Speakman, Simon Evans and me.
Me and Simon E were using the game as a way of looking at group dynamics for our Swarm Toolkit project. The game itself was far to prescriptive to leave space for the kind of emergent behavior were looking for but it did give us a place to start when making outdoor multi player collaborative games. Duncan was more interested in the user as performer and the relationship between players and non players in public spaces. We learned a lot, and we had fun... perhaps they're not separate points.
