January 28-30, 2014 - H.O.T Clay and UF School of Art and Art History hosted visiting artist Michael Strand for an artist talk and a two-part “Think and Do Tank.”
Michael Strand is a Fargo, North Dakota based artist and educator. He is currently department head and professor of art at North Dakota State University. Strand is trained as a potter and his art practice has expanded to include other forms of social practice which investigate how craft can create social change.
