„Design for Social Impact“.
We examined the structure, social system and problems of a non-profit organization within a Union.
After working through their complex organizational hierarchies and task orders we identified that one of the main obstacles was communication.
We conducted several interviews and two workshops for which we developed „Social Tools“. These design research objects were used as catalysts for fruitful discussions and provoked our clients´ own power for problem-solving.
The objects are now being used in their meetings as well as to communicate with their own clients.
