That was totally trippy Bill. I am so happy you at least got a little bit of snow :) that reminds me gotta go out and buy some new sledges seeing as we decimated the others :)
What lens is that you have on your bad boy?
  • Bill Newsinger plus 2 years ago
I used a Sigma wide angle lens and my new telephoto lens.
  • Maria Bowskill plus 2 years ago
cool i was looking at some sigma lenses, but lots of people were saying not to waste our monies on them, but i'll take your word for it :)

Very well done....and the Hadron Collider? I borrowed it over the weekend; it cooks a pizza far faster than anything you've ever seen before.

Great colours and the music fits perfectly.

  • Groovy! How did you do the stop-motion?
  • Bill Newsinger plus 2 years ago
I took over a thousand photos and imported them into final cut at 1 second each and then modified them 800% faster. The trick is to match the bpm of the track to the rate at which you want the images to change. Although, of course, you don't have to have them match.

Bill, this is one of my all-time favorites, so I watched it again here during the holidays. To me, this is your most wonderful abstract video. Your music, and the video editing to the music, are magical. Hope you are proud of this one. Thanks, again.
  • Bill Newsinger plus 1 month ago
Thanks Greg! Seems like a long time ago now. I dont seem to do any photo based stuff anymore. Hope you have a great xmas holiday me old mate. Cheers, Bill.
