GeneMesh is a web-based program that facilitates analysis of DNA microarray gene expression data so as to relate differentially expressed genes to categories available in the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) hierarchical index.

The interface enables hypothesis driven relational analysis between genes in the query set to... a specific MeSH subcategory (i.e., Cardiovascular System, Genetic Processes, Immune System Diseases etc.) or unbiased relational analysis to broad MeSH categories (i.e., Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Disease etc.).
